The Gnymble platform offers gnymble pricing plans because we know that no two businesses are alike. While we try to be able to meet everyone’s needs, we also know that our platform isn’t going to be for everyone. And that’s ok. Gnymble was created by real people for businesses that care about communicating with their people. We HATE spam too. Our goal is not to provide a mass marketing tool to companies, but to offer a communication tool to companies that value their people and want to provide a personal touch with a modern platform.
What is the difference between SMS and MMS?
An SMS (Short Message Service) is a fancy name for the text you send in your message and is limited to 160 characters. An MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) is an image, video, audio, pdf file sent in your message. At Gnymble, our pricing model is 1 SMS message is counted as 1 message and 1 MMS message is counted as 1 message. So, if you were to send text and an image in one message, you would be charged for 2 messages (1 SMS and 1 MMS).
